Shipping Times
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping cost is applied. Usually depends on the weight of the
product or products you are ordering. Some products on promotion may include free shipping.
Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items
We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are
beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions and delivery service
mishandling and other ‘in transit’ errors. In order to ensure your order arrives
promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock items will be
indicated/highlighted at the time of your order.
Proof Of Delivery
The person receiving the goods must sign ESCD as proof of delivery of the
consignment. Any computerised record of the receiver s signature that ESCD has
obtained will be evidence of the delivery of the quantity of parcels within the
consignment.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. You may
cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or
is not awaiting shipment. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package
must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund.

Damage Policy
If you
receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 3 days of
receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make
arrangements to replace your damaged product.
Returned Products
Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing
materials. All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once we
have been notified of any problems. Items will only be accepted if they are
returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
